That’s how I feel about everything the world is dealing with right now. And when I hear that word “pivot” (I am just as guilty as the next), my mind goes straight to that famous episode of Friends when Ross, Chandler and Rachel attempted to move an oversized sofa into a second story apartment, all the while screaming “Pivaaat!” Only now, instead of getting a bulky couch up a twisted flight of stairs, we have to turn on a dime as we navigate this pandemic. That is the pivot that I have come to know, not love, but appreciate.
