Summer 2020 Issue of Georgia Connector is Hot Off the Press

Georgia Connector has some numbers as well during this issue: three is the number of feature articles as well as the number of departments. We will explore and uncover generations of old schoolhouses. Whether one-room or larger, they all have a story to tell. We will also celebrate 100 years of Callanwolde, a fine arts center located in the heart of Atlanta. We will also learn how our cities are keeping music alive around the state. Two is the number of Q & A sessions—with Athens Area Chamber President David Bradley and Dr. April Mitchell of Monroe Veterinary Clinic. One County Profile and one Community Spotlight, where we’ll take you to Athens-Clarke County and Social Circle, respectively. Four is the number of recipes as we feature international cuisine right here at home. And finally, eight is the number of annual Summer Photo Contests we have hosted. Whether spending the hot months this year at home, in your backyard, or on vacation--we want your summer’s best.
