Mary Pearson's Spiked Apple Crisp

5 cups apples, peeled and sliced

1/4 cup packed light brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon-sugar

3/4 cup sugar

1 teaspoon grated lemon zest

1/4 cup sifted plain flour

1 ounce Grand Marnier

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 ounce amaretto

1/2 cup butter, melted

1/2 cup of chopped Pearson Farm Pecans 

     Arrange the apple slices in a greased 2-quart baking dish.  Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar, lemon zest, orange zest, Grand Marnier, and amaretto.  In a bowl, combine sugar, brown sugar, oats, flour, salt, butter and Pearson Farm Pecans and mix until crumbly.  Sprinkle over the apples.  Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.  Serve warm with cooled boiled custard or ice cream.
